Raphaëlle d’Ornano is the Founder and Managing Partner of D’Ornano + Co., a global advisory firm specializing in Advanced Growth Intelligence for investors in disruptive technology sectors. She began her career at Deloitte and Eight Advisory, where she identified the limitations of traditional due diligence in evaluating innovative, fast-growing business models. This insight led her to establish D’Ornano + Co. where she has developed the Advanced Growth Intelligence methodology, a pioneering approach to analyzing the business models of disruptive technologies and companies.
With extensive expertise in the technology sector, Raphaëlle has conducted over 500 due diligence assignments—both buy-side and sell-side—for tech and tech-enabled companies. Her clientele includes global investors across venture capital, growth equity, and buyout stages.
In addition to leading D’Ornano + Co., Raphaëlle contributes to the Forbes Finance Council and teaches a course on growth and profitability drivers at ESSEC Business School. She frequently speaks at industry events such as the Greenwich Economic Forum, SALT, and SuperReturn Berlin.
Raphaëlle holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School (2009) and a Master’s degree in Restructuring Law from Panthéon Sorbonne University. She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2015. In 2022, she was elected a Young Leader by the French-American Foundation.
A triathlete and marathon runner, Raphaëlle resides in New York with her husband and two children.
